Note: Officer Marquez stopped me for not wearing an Approved helmet.
I was wearing baseball cap style headgear I manufactured and certified myself.  Officer violated 40303.5 CVC by writing the ticket not-correctable.  Picture was taken of the helmet.
Officer Schaeffer who took the picture of the helmet, and Sgt. Mattke, who was given current legal info, to inform  officers how to prevent giving 27803 tickets to helmet wearers, will also be at trial because of a subpoena.

Note: Wearing baseball cap style headgear manufactured and certified by myself.  Officer violated CHP policy by making the determination that my helmet was illegal before/during the traffic stop.  Officer violated CVC 40303.5 by writing the ticket as not-correctable.  
No verdict from the court.....Strange.
