Because
Bikers should be entitled to see who's out to get 'em!
Some people just can't stand to see others be free.
Others have put a price on your essential liberties and
are more than willing to sell your rights to the highest
bidder. There's only one sure cure for audacity, and I
prescribe a healthy dose of shame and humility. We
wouldn't need half the laws we have now if these shadow
puppets thought they might be recognized in the grocery
store. You know these people, they're the same ones who
are always trying to get away with placing 20 items in
the 10 items or less express lane at the local Kum &
Go. They count on you not raising a fuss and because
you're quiet about it, they get away with it. Why not?
You had the chance to slap 'em in the head but you kept
your mouth shut while they trampled on your manners.
It's only about ego or money for these types....so it's
high time they get proper credit for being so hell-bent
to ruin the lives of others, destroy the fabric of OUR
nation, and in the process take motorcyclists off
America's roadways.
Welcome to splatt's shantytown of shame....put on your
rubber soled hip wader boots and watch what you step
in.... |

Carole
Migden (D) Senator from California's 3rd Senate District
(San Francisco)
5/18/07 Terrible news for
Carole! She votes to increase fines for talking on cell
phones...then goes off and crashes her SUV into a car that's
sitting at a stoplight..while talking on her cell phone!
See, in a socialist society, laws don't apply to celebrities or
lawmakers. http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1837377/posts
She was driving her new state-issued 2007 Toyota Highlander
Hybrid SUV, which replaced her previous tax-payer funded 2005
Cadillac STS, which she cheated and swindled to get, after being
denied.
She cuts a motorist off and
cries, "I'm a SENATOR!" OK, you're a Senator....does
that makes you special?
VIDEO: http://www.ktvu.com/video/13350688/index.html?taf=fran
Further
investigation showed that during the 30 miles prior to the
crash, approximately half a dozen drivers had called 911 to
report Migden for reckless driving. They claimed that she had
run them off the road, sideswiped the concrete center divider,
and wasn't looking where she was driving. Some people have said
that she was talking on her cell phone and reading while going
80 miles an hour on Interstate 80
in Fairfield.
After two drivers criticized Migden for her reckless driving,
Migden allegedly responded, "You can't talk to me like
that, I'm a state senator."
In 1996, Migden ran a stop sign by the State Capitol and crashed
into a 1990 Dodge Spirit owned by Teresa Latham. Although the
crash injured Latham and caused Latham's car to be totalled,
Latham claimed that Migden did not seem to be concerned or sorry
about having caused the crash.
01/10/06 Seen dancing about in
the hallways of the capitol, taunting Bikers with a gesture to
suggest, "gotta wear your helmets" while patting head
in a cutesy little dance. Childish behavior becoming of a
Senator.
08/31/05 Migden was caught
"Ghost Voting" for her own bill as it was about to
fail, in the ASSEMBLY. She hit the automated "YES"
button of an opposing Republican Assemblymember, Guy Houston..
01/10/06 Migden KILLED
"Jessica's Law" in committee. There's no other
conclusion than to say that Migden sides with sex
offenders. She chairs the Committee on Public Safety and
made SURE that registered child molesters are allowed to live
near schools and parks. Jessica Lundsford's family has been
adopted by Bikers from coast to coast. Bikers helped in the
search to find her, and getting Jessica's Law passed in all 50
states is a priority to the Biker community.....Carole digs
child molesters. .

| Lisa
Haneberg - Traitor to Bikerdom |
A lot of out of
control red-haired fascists at the top of the page, this week,
eh?
Q. Can the human body truly produce pigmentation from this
portion of the color spectrum? Is that really possible without a
little Ronald McDonald in your DNA?
Our FIRST EVER motorcyclist
inducted into the Shantytown of Shame!
Note: No, Buche doesn't count, nobody's ever seen him
RIDE...(but I DO have a pic of him SITTING on a bike, surrounded
by his hired guns, who don't ride, either)....he's just a
prostitute for the industry, and nobody respects a whore.
Sponsored by the industry or not...it doesn't change the look of
the "glazed donut frosting" on his lips.
Why is Lisa decorating her new
cardboard box in the Shantytown? Read HER version of how you
should live your life, "No Helmet, No Ride": http://blog.seattlepi.nwsource.com/gomoto/archives/118390.asp
I could rave for hours and
hours, but it all comes down to this...
who died and made this bitch the head of Al Qaeda™?
Lisa dear...in a
"free" society, you don't get to tell me how YOU think
I should live my life. I already have a mother. You can apply to
be my new "mutha"....but if you tell me how to live,
then it stands to reason that I'm entitled to reciprocate in
kind, and you wouldn't stand a chance living in MY
aristocracy.....I mean....just look at you. Yeah, that's being
mean, but I take my thinly veiled "liberties"
seriously, and as much as you have a constitutionally guaranteed
right to espouse your obvious stoopidity, I also have a
"right" to shame you into submission. That's how it
works. But then, you suffer the fool notion that you're actually
in charge. Another Seattle Socialite, I mean, Socialist,
hell-bent on taking down capitalism, all the while reaping the
monetary benefits of free speech by writing silly little self
help books, and buying all the name brand moto-goodies one can
find. Sure can't find all that fancy moto-gear you use at the
lowly Army Surplus store, huh, Lisa? Capitalism suits you...so
why you wanna tear it all down? Aid and comfort to the enemy.
Hmmm. Read all about Benedict Arnold and tell me you're any
different: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Benedict_Arnold
You should re-christen
"Hazel", your bike, to a more fitting name like,
"Vulture"...apropos of the ship that ferried away
Benedict Arnold after having conspired to hand West Point to the
British. To tell me how to live, and die...and then to utilize
insurance industry data to substantiate your declaration as
Queen of the Universe....only smacks of betrayal to a sport that
you "claim" to embrace. I know you're a newbie, but
you better shut up and observe for a while before you try and
pull your Deepak Chopra act around here, you simply have no idea
who's out to take motorcycles off the road, period...and you're
actually HELPING them. Dork. (Whaling industry slang,
implied)
More to come...I just don't
have time to deal with yet another Stalin, right now....there
are actually REAL issues to fix in Bikerdom...this chick's just
another
artificially-inflated-ego-driven-carbon-copy-self-help-opportunist-moron
who's let it all go to her head. George Harrison said it
best: "The more I learn, the less I know" .....if only
some people knew when to quit and leave good Americans alone to
live out their pathetic little lives to their own, albeit
faulted, destiny. Freedom ain't free, but what would Lisa
Haneberg know about freedom? A bank account has been set up at
Bank of America, in Lisa's name, to collect donations for bus
fare to Cuba. Yes...I said - BUS.

Dick Floyd
(D) Father of CA's Helmet Law, Former California
Assemblymember
Inglewood, CA ....
Assemblyman Dick Floyd has been soundly defeated in his bid to
be the Democrat candidate for the for state's twenty-fifth
district Senate seat. Floyd has been term-limited out of his
seat in the Assembly and ran against Assemblyman Edward Vincent
in the California Democrat primary Tuesday (Mar. 7) for a chance
to run for the state Senate. ABATE of California can take pride
in their successful effort to remove Mr. Floyd from California
politics. Floyd was renowned for his foul-mouthed responses to
constituents and outrageous histrionics in the Assembly which
included false claims regarding the public burden of
non-helmeted motorcyclists.
Dick Floyd was the primary
sponsor of the current California helmet law. Over the course of
his political career, in his capacity as Assemblyman and
recently as a candidate, Mr. Floyd has portrayed motorcyclists
as people to be feared and despised. He is one of those
individuals who would prefer to see motorcycles banned
completely. Mr. Vincent credits campaign work by members of
ABATE of CA as a key element in his primary victory.
"Putting people like Dick
Floyd back in the private sector is a service to motorcyclists
everywhere," proclaimed Steve Zimmer, MRF Vice-President of
Government Relations. Zimmer continued, "The MRF
congratulates ABATE and California motorcyclists on this
tremendous win. Their efforts within the democratic process are
a lesson to us all --- that the system can work and truth can be
restored."

Frank Lautenberg (D) United States
Senator for New Jersey.
This guy is taking plays right out of the Gleichschaltung playbook; ban everything
associated with individualism, take your guns, take your bikes,
make him Dictator.
In 2005, Senator Lautenberg tried to amend TEA-LU to
deny federal highway funds to states that refused to adopt
mandatory helmet legislation for motorcycle riders. In other
words, BLACKMAIL. Motorcyclists throughout the nation rallied
together and soundly defeated the measure.
In 2006, he
drafted a letter to all the Governors in the nation, informing
them that HE is in charge of getting all motorcyclists off the
road by mandating helmet requirements, little by little, piece
by piece in every state, and if they needed help, to contact his
"Senior Transportation Council", David Matsuda for
information on getting his Nazi-like agenda passed. PHONE:

Dr. Jeffrey Runge-Former Head of NHTSA
Emergency-room physician from Charlotte, NC.
At the Lifesavers Conference
(Safety-Nazis on Steroids with too much time on their hands) in
2005, Dr. Runge fired the first volley, declaring about
motorcyclists; "They are the scourge on our
highway." "They are an
epidemic." "They continue to clog the
trauma centers of America." Safety Awards Luncheon at the
annual Lifesavers Convention in Charlotte, NC - March 14, 2005
In a 2004 speech to the Automotive News World Congress, Runge
expressed dismay at the number of older Americans who are taking
up motorcycling: "Riding a motorcycle requires judgment,
coordination and balance," Runge said. "Those are not
the things you can learn at 45 to 50 years old, which is when
many people are buying motorcycles."

Mark McBride-Former
Mayor, Myrtle Beach, SC
Mayor McBride (No relation to
Mayor McCheese) was driving behind a motorcyclist sporting a
T-shirt slogan he considered offensive. "It was very tempting
to kind of nudge the guy on the bike" (WITH HIS CAR)
McBride was quoted as saying by the Sun News. McBride
repeated the same sentiment later in the week while appearing in a
candidates forum organized by a local motorcyclist rights
group.
McBride once asked the National Guard to patrol a motorcycle event
attended mostly by black motorcyclists.
SIDENOTE. McBride was defeated in the 2005 election by 600 votes.
I'd like to think the Bikers of SC helped push this moron out the
door....but I'm sure he'll weasel his way back into public service
as most of these leeches can't survive in the private sector.

Marquez
Ologbosele - Ex College Football
Player
Runs Over Biker, Kicks & Beats Biker, Throws Biker in Ditch to
Die
This incident of road rage occurred near Fremont,
CA back in October 2006~the basics of that situation were: a biker
(a Vietnam Vet) sitting at a stop light sharing lanes between
cars, proceeded on the green when the vehicle next to him rammed
into the back of his bike, in an act of road rage over lane
sharing.
The rider apparently kicked the vehicle in frustration. When the
rider pulled to the side of the road to check damage, the driver
followed. The rider approached the driver, and the guy literally
unfolded from
the seat (almost 7' tall, and close to 350+ pounds! ~no joke!) The
driver grabbed the rider over the door, and beat the guy to the
ground, where he proceeded to kick the rider violently in the face
numerous times. Adding insult to injury, the driver then picked
the injured rider up and threw him into a roadside ditch, then
left the scene.
The rider's injuries were severe ~ he had 2 emergency surgeries to
repair damage to his face, and immense medical bills.
Thankfully, there were plenty of witnesses to the incident, who
wrote the guys license plate down, and provided a physical
description to police. The story made it to the news, and within a
day or two, the "suspect" turned himself into police.
When the media first got hold of the story, they made a big deal
about the incident, but not in the way you'd expect of such a
violent crime. They portrayed the rider as being "at
fault" because he was "illegally splitting lanes"!
(which was a misrepresentation of the facts) As if by doing so, he
deserved to be rammed, beaten, and tossed into a roadside
ditch. I couldn't imagine anyone blaming a pedestrian for being
run over while crossing the crosswalk, or even a bicyclist being
blamed for being hit while riding in a bike lane, but the media
clearly has a slant here and it can't be dismissed. It's called
bias, prejudice, blaming the victim, and as most of us are aware,
it is prevalent against motorcyclists.
You'd think this was a clear-cut case, with all the witnesses to
the ramming and beating of the rider, coupled with the fact the
driver left the scene. HOWEVER, a group of us (3 from ABATE Local
#14) attended the hearings, and you would not believe the final
outcome of this proceeding....
Ologbosele was charged with misdemeanor assault, ordered to 6
months of community service (which could be completed on the
weekends), and to pay restitution for the riders medical bills.
That's it! Not even an anger management counseling order!
MUCH THANKS to our friend,
Bear, an ABATE of California member who attended the trial with
other riders and took the time to share this chilling account of
road rage with the riding community.
